In FORXA WELLNESS, we offer participants the avenue of self expression on multi levels of the emotional, spiritual, physical and the mental. Basically give them an opportunity to move, to exercise both the mental and physical capacity so that they feel revitalized, relaxed and ready for the next day's challenges. The participants gain knowledge on positive lifestyles and nutrition through exercise and positive self-awareness.

  1. Manage a positive and consistent exercise regiment on a bi-daily basis while acknowledging strong aspects of self-awareness to help establish a better self-esteem and self-confidence level.

  2. Become familiar and understand the importance of regular exercise in the development and maintenance of strong muscle development.

  3. Develop balance and enjoy positive and healthy nutritional habits based on regional, cultural and seasonal food products.

  4. Learning and recognizing simple but effective dietary calorie and carb intake counting, charts and monitoring.

Food is our medicine. A healthy body through exercise(dance), and nutrition.Good nutrition is one of the keys to a healthy life. You can improve your health by keeping a balanced diet.

Talk about your feelings to stay in good mental health and deal with times when you feel troubled.Engagement with the world through learning, problem-solving, etc.
