FORXA was built to help students unlock their potential, regardless of background, ability, or zip code. Through arts, technology, movement, cultural enrichment, textile design, physical education, dance, and STEAM-based learning, we create programs that help students feel confident, accomplished, and ready to succeed.
Our goal is bigger than teaching a single subject. We use creative, hands-on experiences to help students build self-esteem, discipline, teamwork, and belief in themselves. When students learn that their effort can lead to success in one area, they begin to carry that same confidence into the classroom, their relationships, and their future.

Cultural, Artistic, Science Driven Programs
Learning becomes most meaningful when students can connect culture, creativity, and discovery to the world around them. Our programs are intentionally designed to blend cultural exploration, artistic expression, and scientific inquiry into engaging, hands-on experiences that inspire curiosity and deepen understanding. Students explore the traditions, histories, innovations, and contributions of cultures from around the globe while developing respect for diverse perspectives and a greater appreciation for the communities that shape our world.
Through visual arts, music, dance, digital media, and creative design, students are encouraged to express themselves, think imaginatively, and transform ideas into meaningful projects. Students engage in hands-on investigations, engineering challenges, coding activities, virtual reality experiences, drone technology, and STEAM-based projects that encourage them to ask questions, test ideas, and think critically. Qualified Staff
At FORXA, we believe that exceptional programs begin with exceptional staff. We understand that the quality of a program is only as strong as the educators standing in front of the classroom, which is why we invest heavily in recruiting, training, and developing exceptional staff who are passionate about making a difference. Every FORXA team member must meet or exceed California state requirements, including fingerprint clearance, background checks, TB testing, mandated reporter training, and all required compliance certifications. But for us, meeting the minimum standard is only the starting point.
Our staff undergo intensive training in behavior and classroom management, social-emotional learning, student engagement, and specialized enrichment instruction before ever stepping into a program. Through ongoing training our instructors continuously sharpen their skills to better serve students from all backgrounds and ability levels. We train our teams not only to teach enrichment, but to inspire confidence, cultivate resilience, build positive relationships, and motivate all students.
Parent Engagement
At FORXA, we believe that meaningful parent engagement is one of the most powerful drivers of student success. When families are connected to their child’s learning experience, students develop greater confidence, stronger motivation, and a deeper sense of belonging. That is why we intentionally create opportunities for parents and guardians to become active partners in our programs. Throughout the year, FORXA engages families through student performances, showcases, family nights, workshops, open houses, newsletters, program bulletins, and ongoing communication. These opportunities allow parents to celebrate their child’s accomplishments, gain insight into the skills they are developing, and participate in experiences that strengthen the connection between home and school. Whether attending a live performance, exploring student-created projects, participating in a family workshop, or receiving updates on program activities, families remain connected to their child’s growth every step of the way. We view every showcase and engagement event as an opportunity to highlight student achievement while building a stronger community around each child. Our goal is to ensure that parents feel welcomed, informed, and valued as essential partners in the educational process. Standards Aligned Curriculum
Our standards-aligned curriculum is intentionally designed to support California State Standards, Common Core, NGSS, Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA), and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) objectives through engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Each lesson incorporates age-appropriate academic and enrichment activities that reinforce core subjects such as English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Technology, History-Social Science, and the Arts while promoting critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Through project-based learning, students actively apply classroom concepts in real-world settings, ensuring meaningful learning outcomes that support both academic achievement and whole-child development. Our curriculum is differentiated to meet diverse learner needs and utilizes a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) framework to provide equitable access, engagement, and success for all students.
